There are two things i'd love to explore,
a 1-4 player dice game designed around the core mechanics of Quests over Coffee. The core target mechanics and dice, but not the cards. In most dice games, it's about a sheet that can be replaced, and ideally that's what we should do here too. i don't personally like sheets so will look into using an erasable.

a 1-6 player game about a nature reserve. which is not as simple as sushi go, but not as complicated as 7 wonders, and uses more big-size game than just a card game in a big box. so it just perfectly fit next to carcassonne, splendor, catan, ticket to ride, and rebirth. if that makes sense.
let's say, it's about building the most populated forest or an ecosystem or food chain. played in 3 rounds, and for that purpose one needs to manage the food chain, starting small. so you start from seeds and spores, and you upgrade it to a sapling or buttons, and you upgrade that to a plant or mushroom. THEN, you can add an animal which lives off that plant/shroom/berry, and animals which lives of those animals.
